If the immunity system of the body is increased, it can fight the disease or prevent the ailment. In older days, the rich and famous would go for 2 to 3 weeks of treatment once in a year called "Kaya Kalp", which means the overhauling of the body. The skin is the largest organ of a human body; it breathes and captures nourishment for the internal body organs.
The treatment consists of the following :
- Detoxification of the body by removing toxins through the Lymphatic Drainage
- Improving the blood circulation so that the blood supply reaches every organ in the required form.
- Strengthening the nervous system through the pituitary gland known as the 3rd eye.
- Medicated oils are used which consists of 100 plus herbs, each having its own odour & colour. Through the extraction process, the decoction is prepared to ensure that the odour is blended with the sesame oil which is the best carrier through the skin. The treatment is carried out by way of massages
It is suggested that everyone must take this treatment minimum once a year. It also helps to bring glow on the face and leaves the skin fully nurtured..

- Marshal Art-This technique was invented in Kerla and treatment are through massage using medicated oils.

 Mr Pradeep Kumar, a native of Kerala, born and brought up in martial art and Ayurveda traditions. He has developed traditional Ayurveda therapies of international standard and is well versed with Ayurveda Medical system.
