The more you care for our skin; the better you are going to look. And that alone will give you a new lease of life. Making time for a cleansing facial is important, but more so it is of the utmost importance to maintain this caring act at home. Your skin needs twice daily nurturing to keep it clean, moist and protected and it only takes ten minutes a day. So cleansing, toning & Moisturizing should be a part of your daily skin care regime.
Regular monthly cleansing for your face always helps. A weekly home exfoliation will uncover fresh new layers of skin. Papaya, curds with a few drops of Lemon, tomatoes, and strawberries that contain natural enzymes that dissolve dead skin cells, unclogging all pores and removing dirt accumulated keeping your skin clean to breathe. This will give your skin a healthy glow.
Avoid the sun as the damage done by ultraviolet rays is long lasting and cannot be reversed. Use a sun block with minimum 15 to maximum 25 SPF. Using sunscreens you provide enough moisture to your skin at the same time.
Extreme swings in weight loss. Dieting can affect the skin. All weight loss programs are low in fats and oils and the skin needs oils to remain soft and supple. Eat a balanced diet – what we put in our bodies will show on our skin. If you eat fatty foods and junk your skin will reflect that, so give your skin proper nutrition.
Get at least 7 to 8 hours sleep every night. A lack of sleep will show up under your eyes as dark circles or bags. Proper rest will also benefit your body and your life.
Drink 6 to 8 glasses of water a day to keep your skin hydrated. Avoid diuretic drinks such as coffee, tea, and cranberry juice, spinach as they lead to moisture loss.
Maintain a regular exercise schedule. Exercise gets the blood moving and creates a healthy body.
Exercise in fresh air but avoid prolonged exposure to wind and cold.
