At Amatrra, Yoga is a conscious process that raises us to a level of mental and emotional serenity without which harmony and action are not attainable. Yoga is not a mere combination of physical stunts and breathing modes or an overhyped display of magical abilities. It is a definite curative science that offers holistic solutions relevant to our modern day society and its ills. It helps us evolve from a creature guided by instinct into a rational being. Practicing yoga not only revitalizes and makes the physical body fit, but allows us to access the immense potential lying dormant in us by enhancing our faculty of reasoning ,imagination, memory and creativity.
Our Yoga instructor- Mr.Hanumant Bhardwaj- is the disciple of globally renowned yoga expert Padma Shri Bharat Bhushan ji. He started learning yoga under his expert guidance at the age of three. At the yoga Kumar Championship, Hanumant Bhardwaj was ranked amongst the top 3. He has worked as a demonstrator at the international yoga festival, organized by ministry of tourism as well as the television show "Yoga Sadhna".
At Amatrra to attain the Tranquil Mind, the following is practiced:
- Introduction to yoga for Sadhna and diet.
- Introduction to breathing discipline.
- 18 yoga Aasanas.
- Agnisar kriya and Attahas.
- Anulom Vilom Pranayama- I st & II nd step
- Practice of Atma Darshan.
- Meditation.
